Fabulous black and gray print on white linen from a French mill. This is a light/mid weight linen, a beautiful quality that is a pleasure to work with, minimal wrinkling, lovely drape, appealing smooth hand. The weight is right for a shirt/blouse, dress or skirt. Some suggested patterhns: Marcy’s new dress: Vogue 8876

Pretreat by hand laundering and air dry, or machine wash gentle, remove from machine while still quite wet and air dry. After sewing, hand launder and air dry. I don't wring out my hand made linen clothes, but hang wet to minimize wrinkling, smooth the seams and hems and press while still damp. If you WANT a wrinkled effect be sure to test a scrap of fabric first. I rarely put linen in the dryer, it can remove the natural luster.
