Black Pebble Stretch Woven

A quietly beautiful basic, just the kind of fabric I see used in upscale ready to wear (like Oska, Runholtz, Elm, Lilith etc). Plain but not boring, subtle pebbled surface texture has a slight gleam, smooth dry hand, crosswise stretch, good drape. Perfect for a transitional jacket, vest or coat, to line or not.
