Gray and black jersey crosswise stripe in a soft and drapey rayon/lycra. I've been seeing this very fabric in ready to wear for dresses, skirts, soft pants, t's and cardis. Truly a designer workhorse fabric! 2 way stretch with moderate lengthwise stretch. I would have never considered this fabric for pants until I saw a soft cropped pant for $225. Now I want one, it was so airy and comfortable, perfect for travel and transition into fall.
