Penelope Paisley Sweater Knit detail

Sweater knits are BIG this fall. This stunning black/purple/acid green toned paisley print is one of the new good acrylic blends that feel like cotton cashmere and are easy to sew. Old school acrylics stretched out and tended to pill. NOT so with this new generation of acrylic/spandex sweater knits! I sewed a cardi last fall and loved making and wearing it, and it still looks like new. Printed on one side, so you'll want to use a pattern that uses only the right side of the fabric. For tops, T's, tunic, dress. Pre-treat by tossing in the washer/dryer, after sewing, hand launder or machine wash gentle and air dry.
