Citron Silk Dupioni

Greeny golden color, a cross weave, black weft, citron green-gold weft, in a smooth and supple and lightly slubbed silk dupioni.

I have a couple of tricks I play with silk dupioni. One, I sometimes launder it by simply tossing it in the washer and drier. This WILL change the hand and appearance, it gets softer, loses some of the shine and in some cases develops (appealing to me), soft overall wrinkles. The other trick is that I often cut silk dupioni on the cross grain.
