Vintage plastic. Circa 1930, from Paris, on original card. From a Paris company that supplied buttons to couture houses.

1" diameter, 1/4" thick, hand formed and hand painted. Bronze vintage plastic (similar to bakelite). Molded organic shape with inset beads.

Oddball and very cool!!
