Kimono Label Example

This little screen makes a fabulous label. I've been using it with foil adhesive and metallic foil to make labels on my hand created t-shirts. The adhesive does not show through to the other side and the foiling does not change the hand/feel of the fabric, but adds a very lovely touch to your hand sewn clothes. Add your name via another silk screen or stitch a scrap of ribbon or fabric to the open space......or........

Detail showing how I've used this cool little silk screen label using metallic foils. This is a 2 step process, first screen and foil the kimono image, then screen and foil the name. I used two colors of foil so the name stands out. An easy and satisfying way to sign your work.
